Property Investment Consultant – London - Up to £35,000 DOE + commissions (OTE £80,000)

Are you an experienced property investment consultant or hungry property salesperson looking to make some serious commissions in property investment?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property investment professional to join a growing, multi‑discipline property group. With an exciting year ahead, this role is ideal for someone who is looking to join a business that will challenge you, challenge the norm, and challenge themselves constantly.

What you will be doing

• Building relationships with investors and home buyers selling to a rapidly growing database
• Progressing and closing sales
• Selling of luxury, new‑build apartments to investors
• Passionate about securing clients, the right investment property for their needs and you should take pride in your service being second to none

What you will have

• Previous experience of working in the property investment/buy‑to‑let market is preferred
• Experienced sales background with a proven track record
• Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
• Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc)
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
