Property Consultant​/Lettings negotiator

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to make money and build real skills in property and sales. No experience is required — we will teach you everything from how to generate leads to how to close deals. What we cannot teach is hunger, drive and work ethic.

NOTE:

This is a full commission role, high commission based / no salary. This is a performance-based role focused on matching tenants with rooms across London. If you are confident, proactive and serious about earning, this is for you.

• Posting and managing room listings on platforms like Spare Room and Zoopla.
• Handling inbound enquiries from tenants.
• Speaking to potential tenants and understanding their needs.
• Booking and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiating and closing rentals.
• Coordinating move-ins.
• Keeping communication fast and professional.
