Location: City Of London

Join a supportive public sector Commercial Property team as a Junior Estates Surveyor and play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail, industrial and land.

You’ll deliver high‑quality estate and asset management, backed by strong APC support and real investment in your professional growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting commercial property and asset management, including rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, licences, and other landlord‑and‑tenant matters.
  • Assisting with valuations, acquisitions, disposals and due‑diligence work.
  • Helping to manage service charges and prepare budgets.
  • Maintaining property and asset management records, including mapping and ownership data.
  • Carrying out inspections and responding to tenant and agent enquiries.
  • Working with legal, finance, maintenance and other internal teams, as well as external advisers.
  • Building strong relationships through proactive communication, including site visits and tenant engagement.
About you
  • You have hands‑on experience in commercial property or estates management, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of tenants, agents and colleagues.
  • You're organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
