Colville Search Limited seeks an experienced Estate Manager to run a private portfolio across London, the Cotswolds and Italy. You will lead onsite operations, manage staff and budgets, and ensure outstanding upkeep and security across three properties.
The role requires hands-on, highly organised leadership, strong budgeting, contract negotiation and proactive problem solving, with regular travel to Italy and other properties as needed.
