Applications are invited for Clinical Fellows (ST6) in Haematology Early Phase Clinical Trials from August 2026. The aim of this position is to offer comprehensive specialist training in all aspects of running early phase haematology clinical trials, including protocol development, regulatory procedures, associated translational research projects and presentation of research cer is a major strategic area of UCLH and UCL, focused on developing novel pathway‑directed therapies.
The role will be based at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH), an academically led trust providing acute and specialist services across eight sites. The position will gain exposure to the NIHR UCLH Clinical Research Facility (http://) and collaborate with the UCL Cancer Institute.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist training in early phase Haem‑Oncology clinical trials, covering protocol development, regulatory processes, translational research and scientific presentations. Contribute to the design, conduct and analysis of clinical trials and work closely with basic science teams to facilitate drug development.
Qualifications- Full GMC registration.
- MRCP or equivalent.
- Specialist training in haematology or oncology.
- Competency in prescribing chemotherapy.
- Experience in clinical trial work desirable.
This full‑time, fixed‑term post is for a period of 12 months starting August 2026. Applications are currently open but may close earlier due to high volumes of applicants.
