We need a dedicated chef de partie to join their large, expert brigade, working on mains or pasta sections with the highest quality produce.

• Globally famous, high‑volume fine dining restaurant

• Work directly with sous chefs on key service sections
• Structured 48‑hour rota over 5 days, excellent work‑life balance

• Prepare and cook mains or pasta sections to a high standard
• Assist in menu planning and quality control of ingredients
