Pastry Junior Sous Chef
to join the
Benugo Hospitality
team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

About the Pastry Junior Sous Chef role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Lead daily pastry operations, taking on a management role to support the Head Pastry chef.
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to developrecipes and deliver quality product
