MNM is a fast‑paced cocktail bar serving great cocktails in an intimate, exclusive setting. As part of a growing, up‑coming team you will have the chance to have a real impact on the business.

• Rate of pay £14p/h + Tips.
• Tips estimated at £200
  
  PCM.
• 30hrs PW.

We are looking for someone with real character who loves the hospitality sector. A natural sales‑person through character and a born empath. You must be hardworking, resilient and show a true pride for making someone’s evening memorable.

• Cocktail experience not necessary.
• Love for Hospitality.

We are a small team of just two so you will be reporting directly into ownership.

• Reporting into Bar Manager & Ownership.

Tues - Saturday until late, during the week the bar serves local guests in the finance district. At the weekend the space is booked for private hire through our sister company these events are typically 30th bday parties and engagements.

• Tues - Thu serves local workers.
• Fri & Sat - Private Parties.

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Part‑time

Schedule: Tues = 7pm - 11:30 | Wed to Sat = 7pm - 1:30am

Salary: £14 – £15 hourly
