Pastry Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for 2 Pastry Chef de Parties to join professional kitchens across Central London. This is a great opportunity for experienced pastry chefs looking for flexible work with reliable hours and weekly pay. As a Pastry CDP, you will be working in high-standard kitchens supporting the pastry section with daily production and service. Roles are suited to chefs who are confident, organised and comfortable working at pace.

• Preparing and producing a range of pastry and dessert items
• Running a pastry section during service when required
• Following recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety
• Working as part of a professional kitchen team

• Previous experience as a Pastry CDP or strong Pastry Demi CDP
• Good knowledge of pastry techniques and desserts
• Ability to work independently and manage your section
• Valid right to work in the UK
• Food safety knowledge and professional attitude

• Pay rate: between £14.20-£16.00 per hour plus holiday accrual paid weekly
• Hours:
  
  Day shifts 9:00-17:00 or afternoon cover
• Shifts:
  
  4-6 shifts per week between Monday to Sunday
• Contract:
  
  Part-time or Full-time available
