A leading premium restaurant group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join one of its flagship Mayfair venues. This is a well‑established, high‑performing site with an exceptional reputation across the London hospitality scene. The focus is classic British service delivered with precision, confidence and genuine warmth.
The role:- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations within a premium Mayfair environment
- Maintain and elevate service standards across the floor
- Drive team training and ongoing development
- Be a visible and confident presence on the floor
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clientele
- Work closely with senior leadership to push performance and guest experience
- Understands Mayfair and premium hospitality environments
- Standards and quality driven with strong attention to detail
- Confident, warm and impactful in guest interaction
- Strong front-of-house presence with personality and polish
- Back-of-house knowledge advantageous - WSET desirable
- Training focused with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire
- Hands‑on, accountable and commercially aware
