Food & Beverage Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by serving food and drinks, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and presentable manner.
• Set up and clear tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle cash and card payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and basic food preparation.
• Respond to customer requests or concerns in a polite and helpful manner.

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
