Cafe Manager

CORD Café by Le Cordon Bleu is a high‑end, Parisian‑style café, we are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Café Manager to lead our flagship venue on Fleet Street in Central London.

The Café Manager plays a critical role in the success of CORD café, overseeing all aspects of daily operations. This position requires a hands‑on leader who is passionate about artisan coffee, quality food, and delivering warm yet professional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest operational standards.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the café
• Ensure fast, friendly, and personalised service always
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café’s reputation
• Consistently achieve very high guest satisfaction scores
• Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality at all the time
• Work closely with chefs and bakers on seasonal promotions and new product launches
• Follow up the annual café events calendar on a monthly basis
• Deliver regular product knowledge and service training to the team
• Train staff on drinks preparation and the correct use of coffee equipment
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, including managing purchase orders
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and expense records
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Support human resource objectives in collaboration with the General Manager
