Support the day-to-day operations of the Catering Department, ensuring food safety compliance, excellent customer service, and high presentation standards across the restaurant and deli areas.

What you'll do:
  • Maintain high standards of Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene compliance
  • Ensure service counters, storage areas and surrounding spaces are clean and tidy
  • Replenish shelves and fridges, manage stock rotation and displays
  • Accurately process all transactions through the till/app system
  • Support stock takes and audit preparation
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
  • Assist in other areas such as deli or vending when required
  • Attend training sessions and team briefings
  • Follow site procedures including absence reporting and timekeeping
What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a catering or customer service environment
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Reliable, flexible and proactive approach
  • Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Ability to multitask and work well within a team
Desirable
  • Food Safety and COSHH knowledge
  • Barista skills
  • Understanding of food hygiene legislation
