We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Barista to join our team at Café Kitsuné, Belgravia

Conceived in Tokyo by the famed Japanese-French record label and named after the fox – an animal that’s greatly revered in Japan – Café Kitsuné features classic pastries and cakes with a Japanese accent.

Grab a butter croissant or a caramel miso rice pudding brioche for breakfast, freshly baked each morning by our chefs. For lunch there’s the fluffiest sandos in town, while coffees and cakes are available throughout the day for whenever you need a pick‑up.

As Head Barista at Café Kitsuné, you’ll lead the coffee offering with skill, confidence, and a focus on quality. From maintaining high standards behind the bar to supporting and developing the barista team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional café experience that blends specialty coffee with style and culture.

You’re an experienced barista with strong technical knowledge, excellent taste, and a calm, supportive leadership style. You care about consistency, training, and creating a positive team environment — all while serving standout coffee with precision and personality.
