As a Waiter at Sale e Pepe Mare, you will be an ambassador for both The Langham and Sale e Pepe brands, providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service to every guest.
You will work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure that every visit reflects the quality, style, and warmth that define Italian hospitality.
- Deliver an outstanding level of service with professionalism, charm, and attention to detail.
- Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including daily specials and wine pairings.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with confidence and care.
- Assist with table set‑up, cleaning, and maintaining the restaurant's appearance throughout service.
- Uphold company standards, health and safety practices, and hygiene procedures.
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Proof of right to work / pre‑settled or settled status in the UK.
