You will work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure that every visit reflects the quality, style, and warmth that define Italian hospitality.

• Deliver an outstanding level of service with professionalism, charm, and attention to detail.
• Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with confidence and care.
• Assist with table set‑up, cleaning, and maintaining the restaurant's appearance throughout service.
• Uphold company standards, health and safety practices, and hygiene procedures.

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate presentation and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
