Overview

Kitchen Manager. The Salad Project. We are London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders opened the doors to our first store in 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London. We are committed to nurturing our staff and are seeking exceptional managers to join our growing team.

Role

Kitchen Manager. 45 hours per week. We’re looking for someone passionate, energetic and extremely organised to manage our kitchen. To manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs. To implement and improve kitchen processes. To monitor and implement hygiene best practices in and out of service to maintain our 5
* hygiene rating. To manage ordering, stock management and resolve stock issues. To manage team scheduling, training and well-being. To report to the Restaurant Manager and Culinary Director.

  • Strong proficiency in efficient, quality food prep.
  • Ability to manage a small team through service hours.
  • Leadership and communication skills.

Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years in experience cooking in a busy professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant.
  • Management and team leadership experience.
  • Hygiene qualifications.
