You will be compensated well for your work, and if the company performs well, further compensated with an annual bonus.

• Ensuring that the service process and principles are followed by all waiters and waitresses.
• Ensuring that new waiting staff are trained according to the company training systems.
• Ensuring all food and drink are checked prior to serving to our guests and that it has been prepared to the highest quality level.
• Taking responsibility for the appearance of the front of house area.
