We are looking for a great Junior Sous Chef to join Harts Group
as part of our exceptional culinary team at the Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of Soho, London

The Junior Sous Chef Role
- 2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurantkitchen
- Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safetyand hygiene standards
- Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas
- Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
- Lovefor the hospitality industry, Spanish food and culture
- Abilityto run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when needed
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Positivelytrain and lead a team of junior chefs
- Goodlevel of English language
- Apassion for your own development is a must
