Sushi Chef

Responsibilities

• You’ll be assisting the Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and Junior Sous Chef in the production of our food, compiling the daily mise en place, and ensuring all food is cooked and presented to our exceptional Ned standards.
• A key part of our kitchen team, you’ll be preparing all meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
• As a specialist, preparing and filleting all types of fish is an essential part of your role.
• Some of our restaurants showcase our food in displays, and you’ll be part of the team preparing these.
• Attention to detail is key, so you’ll clean and maintain all kitchen areas to the best health and safety standards and report any shortcomings.

• Salary of £17.95/hour (including service charge).
