As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, specializing in the art of pastry. You will work closely with our talented culinary team to prepare and present high-quality desserts and baked goods, contributing to the exceptional dining experience we offer our guests. • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for lunch and dinner services.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, following our high standards and recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage kitchen operations efficiently, especially during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in menu development, bringing innovative ideas and seasonal ingredients into our offerings.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.

• Previous experience in a pastry chef role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and a passion for creating delectable desserts.
• Confidence in kitchen operations and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
