• Deliver a warm, personalised customer journey aligned with the practice’s premium positioning

• Dispense, fit, and style high-end optical and sunglass frames for a discerning client base

• Share expert product knowledge and confident styling advice

• Maintain exceptional store presentation and contribute to visual merchandising standards

• Support daily practice operations, including appointment coordination and stock management

• Previous experience in an optical environment (qualified Dispensing Optician)

• Strong product knowledge with a natural flair for styling and aesthetics

• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
