What does best-in-class CRM look like in a luxury eCommerce business scaling both subscriptions and one-off fine wine & spirits purchases?
We're hiring a Senior CRM Manager to define and lead the CRM and lifecycle strategy for a high-growth, luxury fine wine & spirits eCommerce brand. This role is entirely focused on the beverage sales side of the business - driving retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across:
- 🍷 One-off premium wine & spirits purchases
- 📦 Growing subscription models
- 💎 Collectors, repeat buyers, and high-value customers
They're already using Klaviyo - and now need a senior expert to take it from a campaign engine to a true lifecycle powerhouse

You'll:
- 📊 Define the end-to-end CRM and customer lifecycle strategy
- 🎯 Build meaningful segmentation across subscribers, collectors, and new buyers
- 🔁 Design and optimise retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase frameworks
- 📈 Maximise flows, automation, and personalisation within Klaviyo
- 🤝 Partner with Growth and Brand teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects a premium customer experience
This isn't just about sending better emails - it's about building a loyal, high-value customer base in a considered‑purchase, luxury category where trust, curation, and experience matter.
You'll bring:- ✔ Proven CRM leadership in eCommerce / DTC
, ideally within luxury wine, spirits, or lifestyle categories - ✔ Deep Klaviyo expertise, including flows, automations, and advanced segmentation
- ✔ A strong track record driving retention, subscription growth, and lifetime value
- ✔ Commercial acumen - you understand AOV, LTV, repeat rates, and how to influence them
- ✔ A balance of strategic vision and hands‑on execution
