As the brand continues to grow, we are looking for a Buyer's Admin Assistant to support the Buying team in delivering beautifully considered products to our global customers.

The Role

As a Buyer's Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Buying team. You'll provide essential administrative and analytical support across product development, range planning, and supplier management - ensuring that each season runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, product, and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Buying team in managing seasonal product development and range builds.
  • Raise purchase orders, track samples, and maintain critical path timelines.
  • Update and manage product information, pricing, and data accuracy across systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely sample and product deliveries.
  • Assist with sample management, showroom preparation, and range reviews.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and bestsellers to support trading decisions.
  • Help prepare reports, line sheets, and product overviews for key meetings.
  • Contribute to product launches, ensuring all relevant product details are ready for marketing and e-commerce teams.
About You
  • A keen interest in fashion, product, and luxury retail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and systems (Excel proficiency essential).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience or internship within Buying, Merchandising, or Product Development is a plus.
