Key Responsibilities- Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening, closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success and supporting local marketing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to support store KPIs.
- Organise and host running and lifestyle events that engage the local community.
- Build and nurture a strong community around the brand, collaborating with external partners and leveraging social media to promote events.
- Gather feedback from community events to continuously improve engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Supervisory experience preferred, though not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for the brands and brand lifestyles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
