• Onboard new team members through structured induction programmes.
• Lead performance reviews and ongoing training.
• Set clear expectations and uphold company policies and values.
• Address team issues fairly and supportively.
• Manage recruitment processes in partnership with senior management.

• Oversee stock management, deliveries, audits, and inventory processes.
• Analyse store performance and implement strategies to meet business goals.
• Maintain strong communication with HQ and across teams.
• Manage rotas and payroll accurately and on time.
• Keep all store records organised and up to date.

• 5+ years' experience in retail management, ideally in luxury or high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead teams to success.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and visual merchandising skills.
• Collaborative leadership style that inspires and empowers others.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
