We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury retail brand, known for its distinctive identity, elevated customer experience, and strong growth trajectory across the UK.
They are now seeking a Dual Site Store Manager to lead two key Central London locations, driving consistency in service, team performance, and operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and people-focused retail leader to take ownership of two high-profile stores, shaping culture, developing talent, and delivering a truly exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead both store teams to deliver a premium, customer-first experience at all times.
- Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs across both locations.
- Champion clienteling, CRM activity and community engagement to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to an exceptional level across both stores.
- Recruit, coach and develop Assistant Managers and wider teams.
- Create a high-performance culture through ongoing training, feedback and development.
- Analyse store performance and implement commercial strategies to drive growth.
- Oversee all operational aspects including stock control, rotas, payroll and reporting.
- Maintain strong communication between stores and head office stakeholders.
- Effectively divide time across both sites, ensuring consistent leadership and standards.
- 4+ years’ management experience within luxury or premium retail.
- Experience managing multiple locations or large, high-performing teams.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and performance.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing and inspiring teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
