EPOS Systems Engineer

We are looking for an EPOS Systems Engineer to join our IT team in Harrods. You will provide first‑class support for key Retail & Restaurant systems, focusing on EPOS and related technologies. Working on a 4‑on 4‑off shift pattern, the RSS team delivers 7‑day proactive and reactive support to keep retail and restaurant operations running smoothly.

• Monitor system availability and track ticket queues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and requests assigned to the Retail Systems Services team.
• Build and configure EPOS and related systems.
• Install, fix and replace EPOS and related systems.
• Assist with management of all monitoring system tools.
• Ensure the Retail Systems Services Manager is informed of any operational activities.

• Previous experience working with EPOS systems.
• Background in retail.
• Confident, articulate communicator capable of stakeholder management.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• IT background is a plus.
• Ability to work 4 days on, 4 days off, including bank holidays and weekends.
