Vacancy - Trade Counter Sales Assistant / Branch Assistant

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday with one Saturday every 5 weeks.

Salary:
Up to circa £28K negotiable + bonuses

• Up to £28,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience
• Potential bonuses twice a year
• Monday to Friday with one in every 5 or 6 Saturdays with a day off in lieu - 5 day week

• Serving customers at the trade counter
• Assisting with receipt of deliveries
• Managing customer terms and processing purchase orders
• Using internal systems for orders, enquiries, picking notes, and back orders
• Dealing with plumbing and sanitaryware enquiries

• Experience in trade counter sales within a plumbers merchant
• Ideally someone who has experience of selling sanitaryware
• A driving licence would be beneficial although not a deal breaker
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• An interest in longevity in their role
• A genuine team player with a desire to get the job done
