You will be the face of Harrods Homeware, engaging customers with a personalised and memorable service across premium gifting, home fragrances, bed and bath, and cookware. You will:

• Deliver a tailored, high‑touch service within luxury homeware.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation through effective stock management and replenishment.
• Help clients find products that complement their homes or suit special gifting occasions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance standards.
• Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements while highlighting the features and benefits.
