Senior Sales Associate

• Deliver exceptional, brand led customer experiences through confident storytelling and product expertise
• Act as a role model for standards, behaviours and selling excellence on the shop floor
• Support the Store and Assistant Manager by coaching and encouraging team performance
• Lead by example during busy periods, helping the team stay focused, energised and customer first.
• Share product knowledge, tips and feedback to help others grow
• Support visual merchandising, stock standards and daily operational tasks
• Contribute to achieving store KPIs and commercial goals

• Strong retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or fashion‑led environment
• Confident seller with a natural ability to connect with customers
• Passionate about coaching, supporting and motivating others
• Positive, reliable and respected by peers
• Commercially aware and customer‑focused
• Interested in developing toward future leadership opportunities
