Working in retail as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant is a role where you help customers visualise their projects and find what they are looking for to complete their tiling. As a service specialist, you’ll gain valuable sales skills, support customers, and drive revenue for the store. You won’t need to work late evenings, and you’ll get 3 days off over Christmas.

You’ll also earn commission on each sale you help make happen in-store.

• Build long-standing relationships with regular trade customers.
• Use creativity to inspire customers and help them pick the right design and style choices.
• Gain product knowledge to provide valuable advice for trade and retail customers to help them get the best products they need.
• Support customers in-store as a service specialist and contribute to store revenue.

The role is suitable for outgoing, friendly individuals with a positive attitude. No prior knowledge of Tiles or Retail is required. If you don’t mind lifting a few heavy boxes, you could be the person we want to talk to.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; able to work as part of a small team.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and provide helpful advice.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes as part of daily duties.
• Aged 18 or over for health and safety reasons; eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to work some weekends as required by the store schedule.

£20,883 - £22,875 per year (Permanent, Full time). 30 hours per week including some weekend working.

Aged 21 and above: £13.35 per hour plus personal sales commission.

Aged 20 and below: £11.39 per hour plus personal sales commission.
