• Create world class customer experiences for each and every customer, combining the “Art of Selling” with comprehensive product knowledge to achieve sales targets and encourage repeat customer visits.
• Understand and learn about customers to tailor service approaches.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and replenishment.
• Champion the Harrods Rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys.
