We are looking for a customer‑focused sales professional who can quickly and efficiently engage with customers, provide product expertise, and support our fitting services. You will receive comprehensive training in product knowledge and customer service skills, enabling you to guide customers through the purchase and fitting process.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate and explain Halfords products and fitting services to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a rota, including weekend shifts.

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in retail sales.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets (preferred).
