Wolverine Worldwide is looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, service oriented and likes to have fun while they work. The role is the store manager’s go‑to person in their absence, acting as a role model for the team, remaining cool, calm and collected under pressure, and being a fountain of knowledge on product and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
- Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for Wolverine and its brand lifestyles.
- Retail environment; must be a U.S. candidate.
- Must perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
