• Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver an exceptional, personalized experience to every customer-whether in-store, online, or over the phone. Guide customers through their journey from browsing to aftercare, ensuring they feel valued and supported at every step. Manage communication, sales processing, and fulfilment with efficiency and flair. Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers. Track and achieve sales and service goals.
• Optical Dispensing: Help customers choose frames and lenses that match their style, lifestyle, and prescription needs. Take accurate optical measurements with precision and professionalism. Provide expert advice with warmth and confidence.
• Store Presentation & Operations: Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed. Keep the retail space clean, stylish, and perfectly on-brand. Manage stock, visual merchandising, and general admin tasks. Support order management and inventory control.

• Experience in optical sales or dispensing (minimum 1 year preferred).
• A passion for sustainability and ethical retail.
• A friendly, proactive attitude with great communication skills-both written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and systems.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by targets and growth.
• A natural team player with a flexible, can-do mindset.
• Weekend availability is essential (must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday).
• Minimum of 12 months experience working within optics. If not, your application may be rejected.
