Role Summary

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you'll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will take the time to understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring they leave with the best possible outcome. You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus; the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.

No prior experience in pawnbroking is required. Successful candidates should have a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.
