Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + Incentives

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: 40 hours per week, fully flexible

Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for technology, customer experience, and team development?

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading a management team and a team of employees. You will inspire success through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales performance and delivering against store KPIs
• Managing scheduling, resource planning and operational processes
• Communicating business objectives and strategic initiatives clearly across the team
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the business
• Leading weekly management meetings and reviewing commercial results
• Supporting recruitment, employee engagement and people development
• Creating an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture

We're looking for someone who can combine commercial awareness with outstanding people leadership. You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing a retail store or flagship retail environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering premium customer experiences
• The ability to motivate, inspire and develop diverse teams

• £43,000 – £48,000 basic salary
