Stock Controller

As a Sales & Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless luxury shopping experience, balancing exceptional customer service on the shop floor with efficient stockroom operations behind the scenes. In this dynamic airport environment, you will bring personalized service and efficient operations to Fortnum & Mason’s terminal 5 shop.

• Deliver outstanding, personalised service that reflects the Fortnum & Mason brand.
• Share product knowledge confidently, supporting customers with recommendations and queries.
• Maintain beautifully presented sales areas with strong attention to detail.
• Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries efficiently in line with operational needs.
• Support stock control, replenishment, rotation, and ticketing to ensure product availability while maintaining impeccable standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately using the till system.
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with health & safety and food safety requirements.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Interest in luxury retail, fine food, and premium products.
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced airport setting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with international customers.
