Sales Assistant - Jermyn Street Flagship

Job Overview

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to work with Jon and the team in our Jermyn Street Flagship store. The role is a 16‑hour week contract (overtime available). Availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.

• Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and selling skills knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support overall store efficiency and success.
• Perform stock related tasks such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and delivery processing.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
• High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Quickly builds rapport with customers.
• Exceptional customer service ability.
