Job Overview

Customer Assistant at Lidl GBL in London. 20‑30 hour contract, mixed morning and evening shifts with flexible weekends. Competitive hourly pay £14.80‑£15.30, plus £2.00 for bank holidays and £3.50 for night shifts.

• Restock shelves, operate tills, and keep the store clean, tidy and organised.
• Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently receive and sort deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Keep the bakery display fresh by baking fresh goods and topping up stock.
• Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non‑Food products.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to start or finish shifts at varied times.
• Positive attitude toward changing priorities.
• Motivated, eager to work hard, and supportive of team success.

• 20‑30 hour contract with mix of morning and evening shifts.
