• Use confident storytelling and sharp product knowledge to help customers find their perfect pair, sunglasses or optical.
• Support customers through the optical journey with accuracy, confidence and care, ensuring prescriptions, fit and finish meet the highest standards.
• Drive your personal performance, support store goals, and spot opportunities to improve how we work.
• Keep standards high during busy moments, turning challenges into great customer outcomes.
• Adapt fast, stay positive, and lean into new tools, new launches and new ways of working.
