Store Assistant – Maida Vale
20 hours per week.
Living locally and able to commute to the store. Store open 7 AM to 8 PM – early starts and late finishes required.
We are looking for committed, customer‑focused individuals who want to grow with us. You may start as a Store Assistant and progress to store management or operations.
What you’ll do- Greet customers as the friendly face of Toolstation.
- Assist customers in finding what they need and provide outstanding service.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
- Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects.
- Provide a great experience even during busy times.
- Maintain high store standards and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- A warm, friendly personality to maintain high store standards.
- Reliability – be there when needed, flexible, committed and supportive.
- Energy and enthusiasm; let your personality shine.
