Salary: £26,363 per annum (includes London weighting) plus discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year.

Job Type: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Location: Paddington

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

Sales Assistant – Full Time – Paddington

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking. A genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn are more important.

We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation

• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – additional languages are highly valued but not required
