As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers choose the right gear for their journeys.

From dog walks in the park to expeditions on the world’s highest peaks, we guide people with knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.

This is a part‑time position for 22 hours over 3 days per week. We are looking for candidates who can work every weekend.

• Representing Ellis Brigham with pride and inspiring customers to enjoy the outdoors in the right kit
• Creating a welcoming store environment where everyone feels at home
• Working with your team to deliver excellent service and achieve store goals
• Helping customers select products that suit their needs, from everyday use to extreme adventures
• Growing your product knowledge and expertise in outdoor sports
• Keeping the store looking its best, making shopping easy and enjoyable
• Completing store operations with care and attention to detail

• A strong communicator who can connect with people easily
• Experienced in customer‑facing roles or confident in engaging with customers
• Honest, hardworking and proud of your work
• Keen to learn and develop your skills
• A team player who can also make sound decisions independently
• Passionate about outdoor sports or ready to immerse yourself in the outdoor world
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
