From dog walks in the park to expeditions on the world’s highest peaks, we guide people with knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm.
This is a part‑time position for 22 hours over 3 days per week. We are looking for candidates who can work every weekend.
What you ll be doing- Representing Ellis Brigham with pride and inspiring customers to enjoy the outdoors in the right kit
- Creating a welcoming store environment where everyone feels at home
- Working with your team to deliver excellent service and achieve store goals
- Helping customers select products that suit their needs, from everyday use to extreme adventures
- Growing your product knowledge and expertise in outdoor sports
- Keeping the store looking its best, making shopping easy and enjoyable
- Completing store operations with care and attention to detail
- A strong communicator who can connect with people easily
- Experienced in customer‑facing roles or confident in engaging with customers
- Honest, hardworking and proud of your work
- Keen to learn and develop your skills
- A team player who can also make sound decisions independently
- Passionate about outdoor sports or ready to immerse yourself in the outdoor world
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
