About the job

We are recruiting a full-time Keyholder for our Kiltane store in Covent Garden. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.

As a keyholder, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)

Able to work well with others & approach others easily

Dedication to provide high standard of customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Daily cash-up

Managing the opening and closing of the store

Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

Speaks Chinese or Korean (not essential, but beneficial)

Key Responsibilities:

Processing payments and returns

Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented

Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries

Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles

We Offer:

Full time & permanent employment (subject to 3 months’ probation period)

28 days annual leave and 1 public holiday (25th December)
