Client Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in Old Bond Street,London. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary
• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
