Host, Retail, Customer Service Rep

We are now seeking a Host to bring our vision to life, acting as the first point of contact for our guests and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. • As a Host, you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through to seating.
• You will be responsible for managing reservations and optimising covers, all while maintaining a calm and professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage reservations, working closely with the Head Host and reservations team to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Maximise covers through effective management of bookings, walk-ins and waitlists
• Seat guests in line with the table plan, providing menus and a warm welcome
• Collaborate with the Head Host and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day service

You are an excellent communicator and customer service focused, enjoying greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing customers with a prompt and efficient service. You are cool, calm, collected even in pressurised situations and able to think on your feet. You are also reliable and work well in a team, being a good listener and supporting others.
