Earnings: £13.96 + 10% quarterly bonus (up to £31,000)

Were looking for an experienced Market Supervisor to join our busy grocery team. If you have a background in high-volume retail or grocery environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent results, this role could be ideal for you.

What youll do:

• Oversee daily operations in the grocery department, ensuring stock is received, stored, and displayed correctly.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
• Support with daily stock ordering and replenishment based on customer demand.
• Lead and motivate your team to deliver efficient, high-quality service.

• At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor within a high-volume retail department or grocery stores.
