We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Category Manager to lead a high profile / growth category, delivering profitable growth through exceptional range, pricing and supplier strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the category strategy, owning range, pricing and promotions.
Take full P&L responsibility, driving sales, margin, stock and working capital performance.
Build and negotiate strong supplier partnerships to maximise commercial opportunities.
Present category performance, strategy and growth plans to senior leadership.
Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Optimise the product range by introducing new lines and removing underperforming SKUs.
Lead, coach and develop the category team to achieve outstanding results.

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Category Manager or Senior Buyer within a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering category growth.
Excellent negotiation, supplier management and influencing skills.
Analytical, data-driven and confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving business.
