As a Fresh Food Hall Assistant, you'll bring a passion for great food and outstanding customer service, helping customers discover new flavours, find the perfect products, and enjoy the warm, personal experience that has made Fortnum & Mason famous for over 300 years.

, you'll bring a passion for great food and outstanding customer service, helping customers discover new flavours, find the perfect products, and enjoy the warm, personal experience that has made Fortnum & Mason famous for over 300 years.

• Competitive hourly rate + paid overtime

• Deliver exceptional customer service within our Fresh Food Hall, creating memorable experiences for every customer
• Share product knowledge and make recommendations across our range of fresh and speciality foods
• Prepare, merchandise, and maintain attractive displays to the highest standards
• Support customers with tastings and product selections, helping them discover something new
• Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation standards are maintained
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment

• Previous experience within a food retail, deli, fresh food, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
• A genuine passion for exceptional food and delivering outstanding customer service
• A warm, friendly, and confident approach with excellent people skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about our products
